Mrs. Rachel More-Oshodi holds an MBA Finance, Investments from the University of Virginia, Darden, USA and an M.Sc from International Management and Entrepreneurship Institut Supérieur Européen De Gestion - Paris, France. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Senior Executive Program, Africa.
Rachel is a Seasoned C-Level Executive with over 20 years of experience working with some of the world's leading energy companies, investment banks, private equity, and multilateral organizations across the infrastructure and energy value chain. A dynamic force in the world of project finance and global strategy, shaping the infrastructure and energy landscape. Her leadership has driven the successful delivery of over $7 billion (USD) worth of pioneering and award-winning projects, enabling economic growth and promoting sustainable access to electricity and ICT services in emerging markets.
She began her career in AIG SunAmerica Securities, USA, where she managed major financial transactions before joining AES Corporation where she played a critical role in developing vital electricity generation, transmission, and distribution assets across various regions. Her expertise led her to work with multilateral agencies at the Inter-American Development Bank and the International Finance Corporation, followed by senior positions at Rand Merchant Bank and TotalEnergies, focusing on sustainable energy and infrastructure.
She is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director of ARM-Harith Infrastructure Investment Limited – Lagos, Nigeria, a West Africa’s leading infrastructure and climate fund manager.
